WhatsFISH at Panke + Tal Arditi + Shiru/Marina Dances

Seven-piece groove/jazz/afrobeat machine WhatsFish are returning to the stage with new material and a burning desire to fill up the dance floor.
WhatsFish plays horn-led, groove-based instrumental music, bringing energetic original tunes that draw inspiration from jazz, afrobeat, ethiojazz and improvised music. The band is made up of internationally acclaimed musicians, from six nationalities, who combine their diverse influences to create a rich and eclectic music.
WhatsFish’s music is born from a love of rhythm and groove in all its mesmerising forms. The band combines influences from diverse musical worlds to create a dance-floor filling, spirit lifting sound.

Support: Tal Ariditi
Tal Arditi is a Berlin-based, Israeli-born guitarist, composer, singer and songwriter.
A founding member of genre-bending psych-folk band TOLYQYN, his distinctive guitar style and sound has flowed deeply into his many group projects and other collaborations. In the summer of 2022, Tal was invited to play a full show with 2 members of the legendary band ‘The Rolling Stones’.
Drawn from a wide spectrum of musical influences and experiences, Tal’s music presents the listener with a colorful mix of styles ranging from Brazilian music to psychedelic pop, electronic music and jazz.
