Vorspiel: Menu from January 24th until the 26th

For Transmediale Vorspiel festival special addition we have guests cooking.
Girls Flore and Hannah made tasty menu for 3 days:

  • chilli, white beans with smoky chipotly chillies, with a herb drizzle, and toasted bread (v) €4
  • jahl muri, indian style street food salad, puffed rice, vegetables, tamarind dressing (v) €2
  • honey and rosemary popcorn €1
  • open sandwich, roast garlic, with sweet potato and apple-shallot (v) €3.50
  • fruity energy bars (v) €2,50
  • raspberry brownies €2,50
  • millionaire shortbread €1.50
  • apple and cinnamon oat biscuits €1.50

for the brunch Sunday 26th:

  • hot polenta with toppings, soft porrage style polenta with a range of toppings, eg. fruit compote, toasted almonds, honey, cinnamon
  • fresh fruit
  • bread
  • jam
  • dips

Cafe as usual is opened from 18th till open end!
