Summer Swap in the City (Kleidertausch)

Berlin Clothing Swap is back with another exciting swap event! Taking place Sunday June 2nd from 14:00 – 19:00 at Panke Culture (located a short distance from S+U Wedding), BCS invites you to come swap and shop with us!

This family-friendly event is inclusive for ALL people, however minors must be accompanied by an adult. While we are still figuring out the coffee and tea situation, there will be alcohol and food available for purchase. BCS is happy to inform you that this event is wheelchair accessible.

*** Please avoid donating used underwear and/or clothing that is heavily damaged. Also we will no longer accept electrical appliances.

How does the Swap work?
Please bring all clothing that you wish to swap. When you arrive, you will see that all clothing is organized by sections. Please place your items in the appropriate area.
If you need help, there are volunteers that can assist you.

What happens if my stuff does not get swapped?
You can either take it back home with you, or, I collect the leftover items and donate them to charities in need.

Is there a limit on how many items I can take?
No. We ALWAYS have so many items of clothing leftover.

Is there a limit on how many items I can bring?
No.

Is there an entrance fee?
Yes. Entrance to the event is 2 euros. This is a non-profit and we do not monetize on these events, however there are costs to pay, so we hope you understand. As we work towards developing non-profit status in Berlin we hope to introduce a donation system for supporting low-income families as well as causes near and dear to BCS.
