“Im Egoist” is the second of a cycle of three exhibitions.
First exhibition “EGO GAMES” was opened in Strasbourg, France on February 14.
“EGO GAMES” is the introduction to the series. The exhibition explored problems, manifestations and results of egoism in contemporary culture. The name and conception of the exhibition are closely related to the location, because European Parlament and European Court of Human Rights are both located in Strasbourg.
“Im Egoist” is the second exhibition in the series of three, which seeks to embody Ego as entity, and to show viewers various situations from domestic life when egoism manifests in our own behaviour in dark and humorous way. Various reflections of such instances will take you on a tour in a dark and mysterious world of our own ego.
“Egolution” is the last exhibition which will be presented in Vilnius and which will be the conclusion of the cycle. The series will end on a positive note, showing the viewer the escape from dark ego world into brighter tomorrow.
