GOMA RELIEF FUNDRAISER

FUNDRAISER EVENT FOR CHRISMAN’S FAMILY IN EASTERN CONGO

Join us for our “Goma Relief” fundraising night to support our dear friend Chrisman’s family in Goma, Eastern Congo.

Chrisman (Christian Mukamba Mazambi) is a Goma-born, Kampala-based producer renowned for his releases on Nyege Nyege Tapes & Hakuna Kulala and his engineering prowess for MC Yallah, Ecko Bazz, Aunty Rayzor and many more.
Over the years he’s presented his work at CTM, Primavera, HKW, Festsaal Xberg… and has made many friends here in Berlin.

Since 23rd of January 2025 his hometown Goma, a beautiful city in the East of DR Congo, has been occupied by M23/AFC, a Congolese rebel group supported by Rwanda.
Due to the military occupation and ongoing insecurity, many people can’t work, while prices for basic necessities have exploded.

The music for the night will be taken care of by Assyouti, Sara Persico, Bungalovv, Rama, Konikon and a live-streamed set by Chrisman himself.
We’ll provide some snacks for the hungry early birds 🙂
Entrance price is a free contribution starting at 10€

All proceeds of this night will go to supporting Chrisman’s family during these extremely difficult times, so : spread the word, come early and bring all your friends!
