As the name suggets, ‘Dimension Latina’ is meant to be a night full of latinamerican sounds, catching the variety of highly danceable music of the late sixties to the early eighties. Taking you from New Yorican Boogaloo, Latin Soul and Fania Salsa dura over to Guajiras panameñas, Colombian Cumbias, Gaitas, Guaguancos and Descargas, not forgetting the rich Afrosounds of the Carribean coast, mixing it with psychedelic Cumbias from Lima and the peruvian Selva. Ok, and some brazilian classics shouldnt be missed as well. Suena sobroso no?
