Ossia’s sound world is an amalgamation of heavy-weather, beyond-good-and-evil soundsystem poetics, channelling raw and rootical techno, isolationist abstraction, and dub at its most turbulent and raw-nerved and space-time-warping. Through running a range of record labels and being a member of Bristol’s Young Echo Sound, he has amassed a wide knowledge and in-depth understanding of music that informs his own skewed, futuristic drenched-in-dread aesthetic and his unhinged take on soundsystem music. Channelling tail-thrashing dancehall pressure and art-of-darkness ambience and introspection, Ossia embodies the best tradition of Bristol underground music and has become notorious for bending the rules of genre & club convention. His live and DJ sets encompass a contemporary and idiosyncratic well of influences, all rattling between moments of suspense and high-powered dancefloor mania, with constant twists & turns.
For this show, Ossia will be bringing a live set with fresh & exclusive material for the real world that has not been heard in Berlin to this date

Loma Doom, a true radio veteran and beacon of twisted and mesmerizing sounds. Whether you experience her musical activities or those relating to her contemporary arts practice, curiosity is a key aspect gracing Femke Dekker (real name). As Loma Doom, her signature style revolves around electronic experimentalism, both for mind and movement, seeking the outliers, one that avoids linearity, towards a space where intuition and understanding meet. Actively incorporating styles predating the computer era, she sources from her fondness for freak folk, psychedelic and hardcore punk. This openness veered Femke into a category of respected deejays in the leftfield underground, having played influential spots such as Salon Des Amateurs, Meakusma and Dekmantel, amongst others. Using radio and archives as her main media, her current focus is on various notions of listening and how listening is actually a call to action.

i-sha is Bristol-based DJ, a resident at Noods radio and for the party and imprint Accidental Meetings. Over the last few years, i-sha has been able to develop her own musical style, warping through dubwise pressure and scuzzy textural realms merged with experimental electronics.
Sitting between dizzying frenetic sounds and slower, deeper hypnotics which you can hear in her recent mix for Fact Mag and the live recording from her closing set at Accidental Meetings back in November last year.

Slowfoam is Madelyn Byrd’s catch-all, genre-spanning moniker that they DJ, produce, and perform under. Playfully and tenderly, they build glitched-out, swirling soundscapes from drones, sparkling ambiance, fuzzy poetics, field recordings, and textural percussion. Their DJ sets are narrative, sonic journeys that transcend genre, made for both deep-listeners and the occasional dance floor. In each set and mix, they focus on maintaining an experimental alchemy of playfulness, discomfort, levity, and sentimentality.
