ist das neueste Studioalbum der HipHop-Crew Awon & Phoniks und ihre erste Veröffentlichung in voller Länge, seit sie 2020 in der Netflix-Dokumentation “Underdogs” mitspielten.
Die Platten der Beiden finden sich in vielen Vinylsammlung wieder und auch diesmal gibt es wieder exklusive Veröffentlichungen.
Phoniks charakteristischem, jazzlastigem BoomBap-Produktionsstil ist wieder die Grundlage des neuen Albums, während Awon gekonnt seine Lyrics spittet.
Produziert auf Vintage-Samplern wie dem düsteren Emu SP-1200 und der Akai MPC 2000xl weckt die Musik Erinnerungen an den klassischen Hip-Hop der “Goldenen Ära” der Ostküste.
HipHop, wie ihn viele in den 90ern erlebten , als sie gerade mit dem Genre sozialisiert wurden.

The international transfeminist art collective Witches Are Back curates the vernissage party of this long awaited group exhibition, including a generative music and ritualistic performance by Ann Antidote & Lun Àrio. Between ropes, candles and sensors, also the DJ sets of Suit Kei, Mai Matsunami and Kat Never, featuring EBM, wave, electro and broken beats.
